New Account Opening & Onboarding Applications

With development of Release 2 of Blue Nova now reaching the advanced stages, we are delighted to announce details of two new Blue Nova applications called Connect & Approve.

 

Blue Nova Connect – Account Opening & Client Onboarding


Self-service capability for prospects to initiate the account opening and onboarding process.


Key features include

  • Capture key data points for each prospect

  • ID checks

  • Client Suitability Assessments

  • Well Being questionnaire

 

Both the Client Suitability and Well Being Questionnaires can be updated on an ongoing basis to meet the evolving requirements and changing points of emphasis.



Blue Nova Approve – Onboarding Management


For use by Wealth Managers to manage account opening applications from Blue Nova Connect.


Approve has been designed to be flexible enough to allow every Wealth Manager to have their own unique onboarding process with a mix of automation versus manual intervention that best suits their organisations needs.


Key features include

  • To manage & monitor the onboarding workflow

  • New dashboard components – applications pending, status, required actions

  • Manage prospect applications & approval
